We're back!

So sorry it has been so long since I have posted. I have been a little busiy having a baby
and learning to be a mom blogging is the last thing on my mind. Well let me just tell you about my awesome son, Memphys Brandon Richardson, born October 30th,2010 at 1:41 am. The fruits of a 15 hour labor, well I was only really in labor for 11 hours. I had my water broken at 2:30 in the afternoon. And the contractions weren't bad really but I figured they would start getting worse, so I opted for the epidural. Let me just tell you that was a big mistake. If I ever have another kid I won't get one. It totally was a waste and didn't work.
Yep that's right I had my son natural except for a numb left leg.
Fast foreward through all the poopy diapers and getting peed on in the tub and the never ending fight to try to get him to burp
I am so in love with this little man. He started out as a 6lb 11 oz, 19.5 inch little squirt
And now at 2 months old he has grown into a 12lb 7 oz, 23 inch butterball. Needless to say he is getting straight cream. He is quite the little flirt and totally tried to smoothtalk
The doctor at his well child out of giving him his shots. Which he took like a champ by the way.
His gummy smile and sparkling eyes make the 7 year struggle to get him here all worthwhile. He is so smart and learns new things everyday, he is so
Happy all the time and sleeping through the night since 3 weeks old is just a bonus. We are truly so blessed to have him in our life.
I am struggling with the idea that I am going back to work on friday, Yikes!
I love my job, and I miss everyone so much, I just never thought I would want to stay at home.
This mom stuff really changes you. Until next time....
