January

2012 has been an interesting month for our little family. It started out fine, and then the croup hit us.
Muffins was scheduled to get some Ear tubes placed, so we had to postpone the surgery until he got over his croup.
He had the tubes put in and he was such an awesome patient. He wasnt scared at all! Before the surgery he was streaking all over Same day surgery in his gown and working over all the bed.


When they came to get him before he went with the nurse and didnt even look back, later they told us he didnt even cry at all and just asked what's that until he fell asleep.


What a good dad...
When they brought him back he was a little groggy for about 5 min and then he cried a little for a few min. He had himself a really good scream and then he was fine. We were on our way home 30 min after he woke up from the surgery. I couldnt believe how great it went!

When we got home he was back to his little wild self, running around with no shirt on playing with his tractor, and when I finally got his shirt on he decided he was big enough to stand on his 4-wheeler with no hands.


Of course he fell off and cried for a second and then did it again!


Boys!

So now his tubes are healed and he did great for a few days and here we are again with croup and ear infection! What a fun January it has been for us...I like the snow, but seriously give me some warmth so we can get over this cough!
