Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Broccoli cheese casserole
2 cans Campbells Broccoli Cheese soup
1.5-2 lb ground beef (browned)
Large potatoes (depending on the size of your electric skillet)
1-2 C grated cheese

Instructions:Peel and halve your large potatoes, I have a 9x9 inch electric skillet and I use about 5 large potatoes. Boil potatoes until tender enough to whip with hand mixer.
After potatoes are boiled, drain water out and add about 1/2 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper to taste. Whip potatoes with hand mixer until most of the lumps are gone. Add more milk as needed.

Brown Ground beef, drain excess grease off. After meat is browned add the 2 cans of Broccoli Cheese soup mix and combine. Spread meat mixture evenly on the bottom of the electric skillet.

Next add the mashed potatoes to the top of the meat mixture, spread them evenly to cover the meat. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the potatoes, we like a lot of cheese. Cover and warm until cheese is melted. Serve with rolls or slices of bread.

*** I know broccoli has a unique smell, and so does this casserole, but I PROMISE this tastes better than it smells.***
