Feathering our nest...My new creation!

This is my new creation! I have had this table for 4 years and just got around to painting it. I am so glad it turned out and I LOVE IT! Feather your nest is the best place ever! They help me do everything, and they have awesome stuff!

This is what the table looked like before, when I got the first coat on it and the stensils.

Here, instead of rubbing the edges back I rubbed paint on the edge and dry brished the original color back over it in some spots to make it look like I sanded it, without ruining the corners of my table...Sneeky huh!

I put feather stensils on the top and one on the bottom shelf, then to mae them stand out I put some color on. I found this knob at Anthropoligy, and I think it just finished it off. After the varnish dried, this is what it looks like. I havent put anything on it yet, I dont want to cover anything up!

Now..For my next project, I am finding 4 chairs and a bench to go with my table. I wanted to do a different peice first but Brandon said I had to finish the table so we can use it...
